We accepts payments through PayPal.

1. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

2. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, unfortunately we are

unable to refund your Tour fee due to commitments we will have made to our Tour

partners

3. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be

accepted.

4. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

5. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be

offered a different date or a full refund.

6. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the

minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Yes, but cancelations within the 24 hours of departure are not subject to refunds.

There are no age restrictions on our tours. However if alcohol is consumed on the tour you must be 18+ to purchase.

You will hav Wi-Fi access at destinations that offer free wifi. There is no Wi-Fi access on the bus or at the nature based locations.
